Cole Hamblin | Wine Director
Cole joined Houston's wine scene following an academic career in ancient literature and classical vocal performance in his hometown of Pittsburg, Kansas. After relocating to Houston in 2020 he found himself working at the wine bar How to Survive on Land and Sea. There he fell in love with wine's ability to connect people to each other as well as to their environment. Cole soon earned his sommelier pin and now helps define JUN’s wine list with a philosophy that prioritizes quality over reputation.

Eduardo Garcia | Sous Chef
Eduardo’s passion for cooking began at a young age, rooted in family traditiond, expression of creativity and a love for bringing people together. Over the years his passion has grown into a professional persuit, guiding him to seek opportunities in the culinary field. He developed his skills working through kitchens in Austin and Houston, Texas. Commited to continuos learning he is eager to grown within a team that values creativity and consistency.
